This role is responsible for making sure leads are properly nurtured, tracked, and converted, while also maintaining accurate production data and invoice-related administrative records. You will help connect sales activity, office systems, and day-to-day operational visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesManage AI lead capture systems across Google Ads, landing pages, HomeAdvisor/Angi, and related channelsOversee CRM automation, follow-up workflows, and lead routingMonitor inbound/outbound lead performance and pipeline activityTroubleshoot automation issues and optimize workflowsEnsure no lead goes untouched and follow-up standards are maintainedEnter and maintain production-related data accurately in internal systemsSupport invoice entry, tracking, and administrative coordinationProvide reporting and visibility to leadership across lead flow and front-office operationsQualificationsExperience managing CRM automation and AI-driven lead systemsStrong administrative accuracy with data entry and process follow-throughExperience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), invoicing, and internal tracking systems.Background in inbound/outbound lead nurturingConstruction, remodeling, or home services experience preferredStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze lead data and optimize workflows.Pay & BenefitsFull-time, W-2 EmploymentCompetitive compensation (DOE)Performance-based bonus structureHybrid role with primarily remote work and periodic in-office meetings in Gaithersburg, MDBenefits include health insurance options, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan (with company matching).
