Overview As Operations Manager at Materion's Lorain plant, you will direct multiple production units to meet goals with safety and efficiency at the forefront. You will lead continuous improvement across casting, heat treatment, materials flow, maintenance, production planning, and quality, aligning with the site’s mission of reliable, low-cost product delivery. Your role is to optimize processes, manage costs, and foster a safe, high-morale environment for hourly and salaried staff. You will participate in the Lorain Management Team to drive broader plant performance and customer satisfaction.
