While you make a difference in the daily lives of our staff, we support you with competitive market wages and help guide you along your career path.Salary: $41,600-$43,680 annually (Salaried, Full-Time)Schedule: Monday–Friday, In-personPayrollJob Responsibilities:Review and correct daily timecards (missed punches, shift changes, overtime)Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy in hours, rates, bonuses, and deductionsEnsure compliance with internal policies and union agreementsManage pay changes and personnel actions (hires, terminations, rate changes)Coordinate off-cycle payments and ensure proper documentation (manual checks, Wisely cards)BenefitsServe as an on-site contact for employee benefits questionsAssist new hires with enrollment or waivers during orientationMonitor employee leaves (FMLA, Workers’ Comp, etc.) and ensure proper processingHelp employees navigate ADP for benefit updates and leave applicationsOnboardingGuide new hires through pre-boarding tasks, including background checks and referencesReview onboarding documents for accuracy and completenessCommunicate start dates and orientation details to teamsOrder name badges and assist with orientation as neededOtherAssist with OSHA 300 log management and WOTC trackingReconcile petty cash card transactionsQualifications2+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, or administrative support (or a bachelor's degree)Experience with payroll/timekeeping systems (ADP or similar) is strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential informationExcellent communication and organizational skillsReliable, team-oriented, and committed to regular attendanceBenefits And PerksWe offer comprehensive health coverage with options for you and your family.Career AdvancementCompany-Paid Life InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Health Savings Account (HSA)Paid Time Off (PTO)Tuition ReimbursementUnlimited Referral BonusesReady to join a team that values accuracy and employee support?
