Come to About Objects and leverage your abilities to get to the heart of the enterprise's needs and represent those needs in a technical and testable manner for the engineering team.Responsibilities:Work with business and technical stakeholders to define and capture requirementsOrganize and prioritize features and stories and assist in the project roadmap definitionInterpret existing backend API capabilities as a model layerManage requirement changes and integrate with the change management processWork with the test team to ensure requirements test coverage and PM for tracking and reportingMinimum 5+ years of hands-on business analysis experienceExpertise in identifying and understanding problems and opportunitiesAbility to articulate the needs that are associated with the key problem to be solved or opportunity to be realizedExpertise in thoroughly documenting system requirements, uncovering missing and incomplete requirements, and various edge casesEffective collaboration with the extended team with the ability to facilitate working sessions and workshops.Excellent communicator with superior written and verbal communication skillsAbility to quickly absorb and understand business domainsExpertise in epics and story definition and using contemporary tools such as Jira and ConfluenceDomain modeling skillsSelf-driven, team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degreeMust be authorized to work for any employer in the USMust reside in the US
