We have a strong working relationship with our neurosurgeons and neurologists who provide education and guidance to help enhance our nursing care. Every associate from our physicians, stroke coordinators, nurses, certified nursing assistants, therapists, and case managers plays a crucial role in the success of our unit.The competent Nurse, in the same or similar clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing.
