OUTSIDE SALES ADMINISTRATOR JOB SUMMARY: Essential Functions Provide OSR with administrative support associated with: Credit Applications and new account forms Contract pricing forms, rollback forms and rollback calculations Orders and quotes that require special handling and cannot be taken care of by the counter sales team, long quotes (over 20 items) for bids and more complex orders Customer usage reports when needed, including cost savings reports Assistance with billing questions, credit assistance and AR resolution PSAs prep Support site activities as required (counter, warehouse, etc.) Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Experience Details 1-3 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualifications to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
