This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, solving business problems, and partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Product Management, and Sourcing teams.If you enjoy turning data into meaningful business decisions and want exposure to enterprise-level operations in a fast-paced environment, this role is worth a look.Location: Hybrid — Milwaukee, WISchedule: Typically 2–3 days onsite per weekWhat You'll Be Doing:Lead monthly and quarterly inventory reserve reviews, including slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory analysisAnalyze inventory aging trends and provide recommendations that support financial and operational decision-makingPartner with Finance, Operations, Product Management, and Sourcing teams to identify business drivers and inventory risksBuild, maintain, and improve dashboards, trackers, and reporting toolsDeliver clear insights and reporting for leadership presentations and business reviewsSupport ad hoc analysis tied to cost savings, productivity, spend visibility, and operational performanceWork with large datasets using Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools to identify trends and opportunitiesHelp drive continuous improvement initiatives through accurate reporting and data visibilityWhat They're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, finance, supply chain, or related business functionsAdvanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysisExperience working with ERP systems such as SAPStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilityAbility to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable balancing recurring reporting responsibilities with fast-moving ad hoc requestsNice to Have:Experience with inventory reserve or excess & obsolete (E&O) analysisPower BI, Tableau, or dashboarding experienceManufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experienceExposure to cost accounting conceptsLean or continuous improvement experienceThis team is looking for someone who can step in, make an impact quickly, and help bring visibility and structure to critical inventory and operational reporting initiatives.
