Company Description Arnett engineers, manufactures, and distributes customizable slurry equipment for abrasive and corrosive industrial environments. We offer a full line of slurry valves, submersible pumps, and upgradeable wear parts. Additionally, Arnett provides comprehensive field repair services and can travel on-site. All products come with a one-year warranty and are fully rebuildable or repairable in the field. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Denver or Salt Lake city with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate account records, tracking orders, coordinating with the engineering and manufacturing teams, and traveling to client sites when necessary. Qualifications Client relationship management and customer service skillsUnderstanding of product specifications and technical knowledgeSales and negotiation skillsProject management, organizational, and multitasking abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to travel as requiredPrevious experience in the industrial equipment sector is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
