This is a 12 -24 month + Contract Opportunity Hybrid Remote 3 days onsite / 2 days at home CLIENT WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES THAT CURRENTLY LIVE IN THE DALLAS / FORT WORTH, TX AND SURROUNDING AREAS This is a Sr. .NET / Azure Cloud-Native Developer opportunity with our outstanding Financial / Banking Client in Irving TX.Client is working in a hybrid model ((Monday, Friday) remote and (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) on-site).As a new Sr. .NET / Azure Cloud-Native Developer you must be a highly skilled developer who personifies agile principles and values leveraging the latest in Microsoft-based technologies to create comprehensive, modern solutions for the internal customers and our members within the financial industry.ResponsibilitiesDevelop intuitive software which empowers the business using technologies in the Microsoft .NET framework, Angular, Azure and Microsoft SQL/ServerDeliver working software frequently to maximize value, minimize risk and reduce waste using the Scrum framework promoting the aspects of transparency, inspection, and adaptation.Leverage your strengths as an engaged member of a cross-functional Scrum team, who owns the product lifecycle including roadmap, enhancements and supportCollaborate directly with business and technical team members to understand the business need, refine requirements, and improve processes leveraging the Agile Scrum framework.Consult with leaders leveraging knowledge and experience to adapt solutions for improved customer experience, performance and resiliencyWork together with the DevTeam to design solutions to achieve the business outcomesEnsure stability and quality by creating automated testing, executing regressions and reacting effectively to issues that arise.Remediates security vulnerabilities and stays current with secure coding practicesDocument and present technical concepts in a business friendly, straightforward and understandable format.Demonstrate your product for the Banks executives and community.Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team to improve coding standards and UX design standards as well as the introduction of new and beneficial tools and concepts.Safeguard our systems by performing peer code reviews and promoting secure coding practices.Provide constructive feedback with the intent to improve the process, the team, and teammates as well as cohesiveness.Continuous learning of both tried and true as well as new techniques and technologies applicable to software development.Required Skills and AttributesBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent work experience.Minimum 12+ years of C# application development experienceAngular 7 or above is requiredAgile /Scrum Development experienceRest /Soap Web ServicesAzure Cloud -Native Development includes Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure Storage ( Blob), Azure Managed Identity, Azure B2C Authentication. PowerShell - preferredEntity FrameworkLINQSQL Server ( Stored Procedures, Views, Tables and Triggers)
