ESP is the service of record for all service offerings across WF. BCM just went live from off the shelf in March. Will work on continued enhancements and functionality and fix any production issues.Many ServiceNow engineers will have a Java background. Will be scripting in JavaScript. Full stack Java background is a preferrable skill. This person may work on an integration with a Full Stack Java app.Heavily focusing on automation. ESP is custom, the native testing app in ServiceNow doesn’t work as needed, are instead using Playwright. Also, ATF would be a great skill to have for automation testing.Will really look into configuration and integration experience to judge the depth of their engineering experience. ServiceNow deployments usually happen Thursday nights, but there’s a dedicated team working on that, shouldn’t involve the contractor.Will have about 2 sprint cycles to get up to speed. This group asks that their contractors not take all 3 of the non-billable vacation weeks simultaneously.In this role, you will: Lead complex initiatives on selected domains Define opportunities to maximize resource utilization and improve processes while reducing cost Lead, design, develop, test and implement applications and system components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologies Lead team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers Lead team to achieve objectives Partner with production support and platform engineering teams effectivelyRequired Qualifications: 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 5 + years of ServiceNow Software Engineering experience (new development and support) 1+ year of working with globally dispersed teamDesired Qualifications: 2+ years of Agile delivery experience Corporate real estate technology delivery experience Ability to foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in requirements and design discussions Ability to work independently and as part of a scrum team to design, implement, and support IT solutions to business needs Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions Ability to perform data analysis and design
