Business Office AssistantJuliette Fowler Communities is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Office Assistant to support our Business Office operations. This part-time, onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, values accuracy, and wants to contribute to a mission-driven organization that makes a meaningful impact.What You'll DoAs a Business Office Assistant, you will play an important role in keeping our financial operations accurate, compliant, and well organized by supporting daily accounting and billing activities.Key Responsibilities Include:Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, billing, deposits, and general accounting supportProcess invoices, support check runs, manage vendor setup and W-9s, and assist with payment processingSupport billing and collections by generating and distributing monthly statements and helping resolve billing discrepanciesReconcile corporate credit cards and assist with treasury and cash deposit activitiesHelp maintain audit readiness by organizing documentation and assisting with month-end close, audits, and 1099 reportingRespond to ad-hoc requests and support the Business Office team as neededDemonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and alignment with Juliette Fowler Communities' valuesWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfort working with financial data and administrative processesAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where neededPrevious experience in accounting, billing, or office administration is a plusWhy Join Juliette Fowler Communities?At Juliette Fowler Communities, your work supports a mission that truly matters.
