As an Account Executive at Alchemy, you will be pushing the entire blockchain industry forward by helping developers and companies accelerate their product development on our infrastructure. You will be responsible for owning the entire sales process and have the opportunity to partner with teammates across the company, including leadership and our founders. This opportunity offers immense growth and learning opportunities as we enter a new and exciting phase of the company!What You'll DoBuilding and owning the entire sales process, including negotiating and closing contracts, client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfactionEngaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and explaining how the product solves their needsReaching out to new leads via various communication channels and getting them excited for an introductory callEducating cryptocurrency companies about blockchain nodes and how to troubleshoot their infrastructure issues (We have plenty of resources to bring you up to speed)Tracking, analyzing, and finding ways to improve campaigns and the sales processCollaborate across our internal business and technology teams to drive the desired business outcomes for our customersRefine and establish processes to support our business’s evolving needsDemonstrated ability to develop long-term, trustworthy strategic relationships with senior level executives and technical individualsCreate & articulate compelling value propositionsOwn, manage, and report using a CRM: ensure the system is up to date and that all relevant metrics are inputProvide customer feedback to the product and engineering teams and inform product developmentWork with support and communicate with customers both pre and post-salesMaintain a healthy sales pipelineRespond and communicate quickly with customersEnsure customer satisfactionWhat We're Looking ForAbility to be in office in SF or NYC 3x a week4+ years of quota-carrying experience in a client-facing Account Executive role selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS offerings to Enterprises and C-level stakeholdersKnowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industrySelf-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomyStrong desire to work in sales at an early-stage startupDemonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects to complex enterprise accountsExperience driving technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategiesAbility to operate independently and proactively in an effort to source and progress new businessProficiency using CRM software, forecasting, and opportunity managementExcellent listening, verbal and written communication skillsCapable of understanding of customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by technical servicesExperience managing numerous requests and time demands concurrentlyBenefits & Perks🏥 Medical, Dental, & Vision💪 Gym Reimbursement🖥️ Home Office Build-out Budget🥙 In-Office Group Meals🚅 Commuter Benefits🌴 Flexible Time Off🧘‍♂️ Wellbeing & Mental Health Perks🧠 Learning & Development Stipend🌎 Company Sponsored Conferences & Events💸 HSA and FSA Plans🧬 Fertility BenefitsMore on The RoleAlchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited flexible time off.The OTE for this position is estimated $180,000-$240,000 annually plus more based on uncapped performance and equity. The commission is uncapped. Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.Compensation Range: $180K - $240K
