Title: Admin/Support/Clerical/Call Center - Scheduling AssistantLocation: Lancaster, PAPay rate$27.00 per hour on w2 Serve as central point of contact for all incoming customer calls/emailsAddress customer questions/concerns as much as possibleDelegate to appropriate individual/group if unable to addressLog customer calls and report out weeklyAssist schedulers with proactive customer contacts throughout job scheduling processProvide clear guidance for customers on pre-job requirements (ex. Inspection due dates, physical work to be complete before work is executed, setting up new meter account, etc.)Schedule customer appointments, issue reminders/confirmationsMaintain log of all communications to report out weeklyProvide other scheduler assistance as neededAssist in creating work packetsAssist in processing bundled job cardsRemove job holds once verifiedCreate IVR appointmentsAssist in WO close outSchedule temp disconnectsInvestigate property damage claims and schedule work if liability is determined.“We are an equal opportunity employer.
