Recruiter - Volunteer
This is a volunteer, fully remote role.This position will require 3-5 hours per week.Job Summary:Reporting to the Assistant Manager of HR & Recruitment, the Recruiter is responsible for acquiring qualified talent for a variety of volunteer positions within Random Acts. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and the Recruiting Team to identify qualified candidates for volunteer positions within the Random Acts organization.The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes, will be able to represent Random Acts well, and will be able to clearly and effectively explain volunteer options that are available.Responsibilities include:Identify potential candidates to fill volunteer positions.Review and analyze resumesBe on the lookout for potential recruits and contact those candidates personallyPerform initial screenings for potential volunteersIdentify new recruiting sourcesPost jobs across all recruiting sourcesCoordinate with College Career Centers for internships andPosition Requirements:Excellent computer skillsStrong communication SkillsWell organizedTactful, outgoing, creative, and enthusiasticSignificant experience as a recruiter, sourcing specialist, recruiting coordinator, or headhunter.2-5 hours of weekly time commitment
