We are looking for a dedicated fundraising professional to drive local, regional, and corporate support for our mission.Position Overview:We are seeking a Fundraising & Development Specialist to develop and implement strategies that bring funding and resources into LoopRoots Foundation. This role focuses entirely on growing donor relationships, pursuing grants, and building sustainable revenue streams for the organization.Responsibilities:Research and identify local, regional, and national funding opportunities, including grants, foundations, and corporate sponsors.Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.Draft grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and fundraising campaigns.Track fundraising goals, metrics, and donor engagement to optimize strategy.Collaborate with the leadership team to align fundraising efforts with organizational needs.Help organize events, campaigns, or initiatives that increase visibility and donor participation.Requirements:Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, or nonprofit development.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Knowledge of nonprofit compliance, donor management systems, and reporting is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in nonprofit or community-based initiatives.Familiarity with online fundraising platforms, CRM tools, and social media campaigns.Demonstrated success securing local and regional funding.Compensation:Negotiable, based on experience.How to Apply:Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your fundraising experience and successes to [insert email].
