Assembler - CS

We are seeking an Assembler responsible for following work instructions, production drawings, and sample assemblies to join and secure parts using various operations such as crimping, screwing, welding, and cements. The role includes installing assemblies into cases and cabinets, attaching hardware, and adjusting materials to meet electrical and dimensional specifications. The assembler performs online testing and inspections to ensure quality, adheres to the company's quality management system, and understands how their work impacts customer satisfaction and product quality. Flexibility to move between functional areas, cross-training in multiple production areas, and backup support for team leads are essential. Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 1 year of relevant experience, basic math skills, color recognition, attention to detail, and familiarity with hand tools. The role requires the ability to work independently following work instructions to produce quality products.
