We're currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Operations team in Fairfield, NJ. What You'll Do Leading and overseeing all financial operations of the firm, including accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Providing financial leadership and strategic insights to executive leadership and Partners Directing financial planning, billing, payroll, and performance reporting processes Overseeing cash flow planning, banking relationships, and credit facilities Ensuring accurate financial close, audit coordination, and reporting compliance Developing KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting to support decision-making Strengthening financial controls, processes, and systems to support firm growth Supporting M&A financial diligence and post-acquisition integration activities Leading and developing finance team members while collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and leadership What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred Progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within professional services or consulting environments Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and tax oversight Experience supporting audits, financial integrations, or acquisition-related finance activities preferred Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion Why Join DLA?
