Finance Manager
Position Overview:The Finance Manager provides financial leadership and strategic support to assigned business units. This position combines core finance responsibilities, such as month-end reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, with broader commercial and strategic analysis. Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners, the Finance Manager delivers actionable insights, evaluates growth opportunities, and helps drive both revenue expansion and profitability while continuously improving financial reporting and decision-support processes.Employment Type: Full-Time, PermanentWork Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days In-Office)Base Salary: $120k - $140kKey Responsibilities:Prepare monthly financial reports and analyses that explain results, highlight key trends, and provide insight into future performance.Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes and monitor actual performance against financial plans.Analyze business performance and recommend actions to improve revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of financial targets.Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and the execution of business initiatives throughout the year.Develop financial models and perform both recurring and ad hoc analyses to evaluate business opportunities and strategic decisions.Drive initiatives focused on improving the accuracy, consistency, and usefulness of financial information.Identify and implement enhancements to reporting, analytics, and finance and accounting processes.Build strong relationships across departments and communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.5+ years of progressive finance experience.Experience overseeing the full profit and loss statement.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; experience with business intelligence and reporting tools preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to senior leadership.Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and the ability to influence others.Proven ability to establish strong working relationships across functions.
