Position ResponsibilitiesNote: All official drafts, documents and recommendations, as listed below, must be reviewed, finalized and approved / accepted by appropriate BPA manager or other federal personnel with the authority to do so.Develop Extract, Transformation and Loading (ETL) procedures for implementing data integration and data migration tasks in support of Data Warehousing and other data integration projects.Edit C# code/routines to transform file formats and/or interact with web services.Assist with the development of ETL procedures, batch processes, and scheduling; troubleshoot problems and make suggestions for performance tuning and system integrity.Develop data models and database design techniques, including relational and dimensional modeling.Effectively map source to target data to meet business/system requirements.Facilitate SQL stored procedures and advanced SQL queries.Draft functional and technical requirement documents for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical), including migration, implementation and test plans.Develop mappings and workflows in Informatica to automate data integration.Draft working documents for interfaces with non-Standard BPA systems.Debug, analyze and troubleshoot data quality issuesRequirementsEducation & Corresponding Experience (required on matrix)Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information/Computer Technology, Business Systems or a related technical field is preferred.With an Applicable Associate's Degree in applicable fields, 7 years of experience is required.With an Applicable Bachelor's Degree in applicable fields, 5 years of experience is required.Without a Degree, 9 Years Of Experience Is Required.Experience must include direct work experience in Information Technology performing Data Analysis.Required Technical Skills & Experience (required On Matrix)Demonstrated experience with the following:Informatica PowerCenter version 10 or higherMicrosoft SQL Server 2016/2019/2022Windows Server 2016 or higherOracle 11q or higherPreferred Skills & Experience (optional On Matrix)The following skills are preferred:Experience working in a multi domain network environment.Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) formerly Team Foundation Server (TFS)Task automation and monitoringInformatica Suite IncludingPower Center version 10 or higherPower Exchange version 10 or higherMicrosoft Visual Studio 2016 or higher (C# .NET)Experience with software development coordination with clients and managementExperience with Oracle relational database systemExperience using XML, XSD, WSDL, Rest API and JSONExperience in Database AnalysisExperience with Power Shell developmentAdditional Requirements (not Required On Matrix)Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
