This executive will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project delivery, from site readiness to formal operational handoff, ensuring that all activities are in line with the company's operational and capacity objectives. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of mission-critical infrastructure, MEP systems, and multi-site construction program management, who can drive project delivery performance, financial outcomes, and schedule predictability across multiple active sites.Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Data Center Construction include overseeing greenfield developments, phased campus expansions, and major infrastructure upgrades to support enterprise and hyperscale customer growth. The successful candidate will be accountable for the financial performance and schedule predictability of all active construction projects, managing forecasting, cost control, and capital deployment. They will also be tasked with establishing and maintaining consistent construction processes, reporting standards, and performance cadences, as well as leading the selection, negotiation, and management of relationships with general contractors and consultants.
