SQL Developer

Insight Global is bringing on a SQL Developer supporting one of the largest hospital systems in the Midwest. Insight Global is seeking an Intermediate SQL Developer to support a large healthcare client in Indiana. This is a fully remote role. The developer will support a custom SQL Server–based data hub and data warehouse environment that relies heavily on SQL Agent–driven processes. On a day to day basis, the role will focus primarily on maintaining and supporting existing data warehouse processes, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance. Approximately 80% of the work will involve monitoring and maintaining the current data pipelines. The remaining 20% of the role will involve assisting with the development of new data artifacts, including building, and enhancing SSIS packages. Most development work is completed using SSIS with C# scripting, following established patterns and standards within the environment.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree in related field • 3-5 years’ experience in SSIS • 3-5 years of experience in SQL • Experience scripting in PowerShell • Experience in C#/.NetNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• Healthcare or revenue cycle background • DevOps
