Pay Rate: $150,000 - 220,000

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for a leading aerospace avionics company, which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in managing complex technical programs and leading cross-functional teams looking to further their career in aerospace innovation. Direct and lead integrated program teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless coordination from concept to delivery Define program strategy including scope, schedule, budget, and resources; navigate phase-gate processes and drive timely execution Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent program impact and ensure success Serve as primary customer liaison, communicating program status, risks, and forecasts to ensure stakeholder alignment and build strong relationships Drive performance against cost targets, manage resources efficiently, and identify opportunities for revenue and cost reductionESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in a technical or business field 5-10+ years of program management experience in highly regulated industries, with aerospace experienceNPD and NPI program management experience Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex technical programs in regulated environmentsPMP, Six Sigma, Lean, or Value Engineering certification preferred Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project and JiraWHY AVERRO?Averro is a veteran-owned staffing and solutions firm connecting top talent with cutting-edge companies.
