Office AdministratorThe Office Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day management of commercial properties. This role serves as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal staff while supporting office operations, customer service needs, and accounts payable functions. This role is temp to hire and will pay between $20 and $22/hr.ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support to property managers and leadershipMaintain organized electronic and paper filing systems for leases, contracts, and property recordsPrepare correspondence, reports, and documents as neededSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office activitiesAssist with onboarding vendors and maintaining vendor documentationServe as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitorsRespond to tenant inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely mannerCoordinate communication between tenants, property managers, and maintenance teamsSupport tenant move-ins, move-outs, and general office communicationsProcess vendor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerVerify invoices against contracts and approvalsEnter invoices into accounting or property management systemsAssist with check runs and payment trackingMaintain organized records of payments and vendor accountsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred2+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in property management or real estateBasic understanding of accounts payable or bookkeeping processesStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentIf you are interested in learning more, please apply now.
