Registered Nurse (RN) | Ambulatory Care Location: Milwaukee, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,360 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 6/15/2026 About the PositionTravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Ambulatory Care RN in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53226!Job Title: Staff RN - Ambulatory Clinics Profession: RN Specialty: Urology Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 1st Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Clinical experience and/or interest in the care and management of patient populations specific to the area of employment. Preferred: At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience. License: Current state Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent. Must-Have: Associate's degree in nursing. Description: The Staff RN - Ambulatory Clinics works collaboratively as an active member of the interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and family-centered care. The Staff RN systematically and continuously collects and assesses data related to patient health status to develop, execute, and evaluate the plan of care. The Staff RN utilizes evidence to drive clinical decisions and practice related to individual and population health. The Staff RN establishes goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/or other care providers. The Staff RN considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, and fiscal accountability in planning and delivering care. The Staff RN delegates and supervises care in accordance with the Nurse Practice acts. The Staff RN participates in continuous quality improvement initiatives and assumes responsibility for their professional development. Major accountabilities of this role include patient care coordination, direct patient care, patient education, telephone triage/eVisits, and performing/assisting with in-clinic minor procedures. May float to other areas as needed for operations. Other duties as assigned. Competence in circulating in OR Procedures. Urology knowledge is a plus. Able to be flexible and pivot based on what changes occur during the day. Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment. Organized and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
