We celebrate our associates.Coordinates and executes sales prospecting programs and campaigns that boost lead procurement and activities to generate additional sales leads.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate Prospecting Programs & CampaignsRegularly:Seeks seminar prospects from company and commercial contactsChecks emailUpdates RSVP event statusOrders suppliesMaintains supply of on-hand marketing materials; orders as requiredChecks ALAS system lead status and updates as appropriateExecutes integrated sales & marketing demand generation campaigns by scheduling, administering and coordinating activities which may include one or more of the following:Grassroots eventsLocation Showcase eventsSeminarsAffinity RelationshipsDirect Mail (Oversight)BrandingOther eventsSecuring payment, permits, legal contacts and insurance, as requiredEnsure sales team have materials necessary to support the eventEnsure materials used by the market adhere to branding standardsLogistical supportCollaborate with Sales TeamsEnsures leads are assigned within 24 hours of event.Presents qualified opportunities to the sales team, providing necessary meeting notes and company researchParticipates in weekly sales meetings to communicate event schedules, deadlines and progress.Reports on event or program costsMakes suggestions and recommendation to improve future activitiesReporting/TrainingReports details and frequency of ALAS related training.Reports on event/campaign lead generationMaintains detailed monthly and quarterly metrics reports of all lead generation programs.Track all campaigns and leads via ALAS.EDUCATIONAL/Experience/MINIMUM RequirementsEducation:Associate's degree in business, marketing, communications or related fieldExperience:One (1) year of related experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to collaborate with marketing and the respective sales teamsAbility to manage a high number of small tasks related to lead generation and management of assigning leadsAbility to accurately and carefully maintain lead records and their status in ALAS to facilitate lead assignment, reporting and tracking of leads into opportunities.Ability to build strong relationships with Sales teamWork ConditionsWork EnvironmentGenerally works indoors at company or commercial locationsMay attend outdoor functionsStandard business dress is requiredWork PosturesSitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per dayStanding for extended periods, as requiredPhysical DemandsPhysical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usagePrepare, pack, lift, load, transport required training materials and equipmentWork HoursWorking a number of evenings every monthTravel 3-4 weeks per month.#SCICompensation:Salary: $22.00/hr.- $26.00/hr.An individual's pay within the scale is based on several factors that may include one or more of the following: background, skills, relevant experience, performance, education and work location.Benefits:MedicalDentalVisionFlexible Spending Accounts (health care and dependent care)Health Savings Account with Company ContributionSick LeaveShort-Term DisabilityLong-Term DisabilityLife InsuranceVoluntary Accidental Death or Dismemberment InsuranceDependent Life InsuranceSCI 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramPostal Code: 92121Category (Portal Searching): SalesJob Location: US-CA - San DiegoJob Profile ID: S00117Time Type: Full timeLocation Name: El Camino Memorial - Sorrento Valley & El Camino Memorial Park
