Our integrated structure allows for strong collaboration between departments and clear visibility from seed to sale.✂️ Key Responsibilities Executing post-harvest processes including cutting, bucking, trimming, drying, curing, and packaging Monitoring dry and cure rooms to ensure proper environmental conditions Accurately weighing, sorting, and labeling harvested material Converting METRC harvests into finished inventory and maintaining accurate data entry Creating and managing package tags and internal inventory tracking Maintaining cleanliness and organization of post-harvest workspaces Following SOPs and compliance requirements at all times Assisting with audits, inventory counts, and quality control checks🧠 Qualifications Previous post-harvest or processing experience preferred Working knowledge of METRC required Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability💼 What We Offer Full-time, onsite position Benefits including medical, dental, and vision Paid time off Growth opportunities within a vertically integrated operation📩 How to ApplyApply directly or send your resume and a brief write-up to cory@gramazon.us#Cult26Powered by JazzHRrlqbGHQmS4
