DOT NET Full-Stack Developer

NET Full-Stack DeveloperThe Arizona Department of Education is seeking an experienced.NET Full-Stack Developer to develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain statewide web applications and backend processes supporting Arizona's K-12 education systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern full-stack development. Experience with.NET 6+, Blazor, Azure DevOps, and Agile/Scrum is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and unit test new application features and web business requirements and technical design , debug, and resolve application defects.Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies.Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, QA, Operations, and leadership.Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Participate in software design discussions and code reviews.Provide development estimates and support project planning.Coordinate with Network Services and Operations teams for environments and deployments.Support application builds, deployments, maintenance, and production releases.Apply software design patterns, SOLID principles, and development best practices.Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues.Required Skills5+ years of professional software application development experience.Strong C#,.NET Framework,.NET Core 3.1+ experience.ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Razor Pages.Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.Advanced Object-Oriented Programming and SOLID design principles.Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Application Services, Azure Functions, and Storage Accounts.Strong SQL Server development, stored procedures, functions, and relational database modeling.Power BI development including semantic models, reports, dashboards, and with Azure DevOps, TFS, Git, or other source control/work management tools.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and business teams.Preferred Skills.NET 6+ and BlazorLegacy.NET FrameworkTelerik / Progress DevCraft / Kendo UIApplication architecture and system designAzure Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault, and other Azure servicesSSIS / SSRS for ETL and reportingAgile/Scrum experienceEducation or government sector experienceEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Important NotesLocal Phoenix candidates onlyHybrid position: onsite twice a month and during the first weekCandidate must reside within ArizonaResume must clearly specify current locationCandidates must be available for an in-person interview within one week of the posting close must be able to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.HireRight background check and drug screening required.Primary SkillsC#,.NET, .NET Core, .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Razor Pages, Blazor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Storage, SQL Server, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Git, OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns, REST API, Full-Stack Development, SSIS, SSRS, Kendo UI, Application Architecture, Agile, Scrum.
