Job Description Quality InspectorMonday- Friday6AM-3PM$20-$25 DOEOverviewWe are looking for a hands on Quality Inspector to support daily inspection activities in a fast paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Quality and Engineering and helps drive a right the first time culture.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect purchased and internally manufactured parts to prints and specsPerform visual, dimensional, mechanical, and optical inspectionsComplete First Article Inspections per AS9102 including Form 3Use inspection tools including microscopes, optical comparator, and CMMSupport corrective actions, audits, and customer documentationAssist with training, first piece inspections, and continuous improvementMaintain calibration, shelf life checks, and inspection recordsSkills and QualificationsAS9100 working knowledge requiredAS9102 and GD&T requiredStrong blueprint reading and inspection skillsExperience with calibration requirements and proceduresClear communication and strong teamwork skillsProficient in MS Office with strong Excel skillsEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum three years as a Quality InspectorAerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferredGreat team.
