Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence.

Compensation:
$119,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Manage sales reports and adjust strategies as necessary
Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent
Help prepare budgets
Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
Give creative ideas for marketing purposes
Qualifications:
Have prior experience in sales
Strong organizational and planning skills
Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly
Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety
Strong ability to lead a team
