Our team is committed to precision, efficiency, and supporting projects that impact how people live, work, and build.Position OverviewWe’re looking for a dependable and detail-focused Order Fulfillment Associate to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selecting, preparing, and staging materials for shipment while ensuring accuracy and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.Key ResponsibilitiesSelect and prepare items for outgoing orders based on pick lists or system instructions Verify product quantities and inspect materials for quality before shipment Package and stage orders for delivery or internal transfer Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as trained) Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards Communicate issues related to damaged materials, shortages, or order concerns Follow all company safety policies and operational proceduresRequirementsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required Ability to accurately follow instructions and work with attention to detail Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility Able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic What We OfferThis is a full-time opportunity offering weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
