In this role, you'll be responsible for selecting, preparing, and staging materials for shipment while ensuring accuracy and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.Key Responsibilities:Select and prepare items for outgoing orders based on pick lists or system instructionsVerify product quantities and inspect materials for quality before shipmentPackage and stage orders for delivery or internal transferAssist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and report discrepanciesUtilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as trained)Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with safety standardsCommunicate issues related to damaged materials, shortages, or order concernsFollow all company safety policies and operational procedures Requirements Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to accurately follow instructions and work with attention to detailComfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbsComfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facilityAble to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shiftTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethicWhat We Offer:
