Program ManagerSoftware Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Program Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA or San Francisco, CA.The Platform Program Manager is a leader in implementing technical initiatives that span across front-end and back-end solutions. These end-to-end initiatives have tremendous impact on our web visitor experience as well as systems and processes inside Adobe.The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical program management background, has demonstrated experience leading projects, and has a well-rounded background in current digital marketing technologies and data management.Responsibilities:Manage the development and implementation process for Adobe.com products and servicesCoordinate departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing productsResponsible for projects from initiation through delivery including planning, schedule management, risk mitigation, and coordinating adoption rolloutsLead cross-functional activities and teams, ensuring completion of high-quality projects on time and within budgetProactively drive program execution and associated scope, timeline and resources with minimal guidanceAnalyze scope needed to achieve program goals, assess resource requirementsDevelop detailed, complex, cross-team project or program plans that consider all requirements, constraints, resources, and results associated with defined objectivesAggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information to communicate with extended team and managementClearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired program outcomesProactively manage dependencies; anticipate setbacks then resolve issues and/or define contingency plansPerform risk management: identify, analyze, respond, and control risks, resolve project-specific issues and partner concerns in a timely mannerWork with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to build clear roadmaps/plans for products/initiatives and maintain those roadmaps/plans, drive to reduce the critical pathAssist Web Managers and Engineering Managers with resource assessment and release planningDrive tactical decisions for projects that are under your direct responsibilityDeliver clear status communication to project teams, partners, and leadership teamsCoordinate and run operational, project, and executive check-in meetingsContinually evaluate existing processes and procedures and drive improvements.Required Skills:Minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience and technical leadership, preferably with large enterprise web projectsHands on experience with Agile & project management methodologies with confirmed leadership capabilitiesSolid understanding of Web technologies, including web content management systemsKnowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki (Adobe Workfront experience highly desired)Excellent business partner management and presentation skillsPreferred Skills:Driver Take charge.
