Traceability Project Analyst
Position: Traceability Project AnalystDuration: 1 year contract + extensions/conversionLocation: Dearborn, MI – in office 4 days a weekTravel: 10% travel – occasional travel to different manufacturing plants within the USDay to Day:Insight Global is looking for a Traceability Project Analyst to support one of our automotive customers. The person in this position will work closely with manufacturing engineers across different plants to help drive process improvements, support data-driven decisions, and help the project keep moving forward.Must Haves:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Business. Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field4+ years of experience working as a project manager/analystStrong experience with Excel (data tracking, analytics)PowerPoint experienceCreating and modifying presentationsComfortable working with cross functional teams and communicating with leadershipPlusses:Prior experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment Additional responsibilities:Support manufacturing operations through accurate data collection, tracking, and reportingDevelop PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates, performance metrics, and key findingsAnalyze data and present insight to leadership, helping drive informed decision makingPartner closely with Manufacturing Engineers to support ongoing projects and process improvementsAssist in identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesMaintain organized documentation across all systems$28/hr to $35/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one ofemployment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
