We work with high-growth companies to identify, negotiate, and secure office space across NYC, combining data-driven insights with a highly curated client experience.The RoleYou'll work directly with leadership across brokerage, finance, and marketing. This role is designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and interested in taking on real responsibility early in their career.What You'll DoInvoicingSupport commission tracking and calculationsAssist with invoicing across brokerage and related business linesTrack outstanding payments and help maintain organized financial workflowsBecome familiar with internal payment platforms (e.g., Ramp)Team OrganizationMaintain internal systems (Notion and pipeline tracking)Track key metrics including deal flow, deal stage, and conversion ratesSupport development of dashboards for revenue visibility and forecastingTeam CoordinationOrganize and run weekly team meetings (agenda, notes, follow-ups)Support alignment between sales and marketing effortsHelp maintain clear, efficient communication across the teamPeople & Office ManagementAssist with onboarding and offboarding employeesOrganize company documents (agreements, policies, commission structures)Maintain a well-run, organized office environmentEvents & ExperiencePlan client events, team outings, and internal initiativesCoordinate gifting tied to deals and client relationshipsProcess ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and propose better ways of operatingHelp implement tools and automation to improve workflowsWho You Are1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a fast-paced environmentHighly organized with strong attention to detailProactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsInterested in business operations, startups, or commercial real estateExcited to work in-office and be part of a growing teamWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to gain exposure to how a high-performing brokerage operates,from deal flow and financial processes to internal systems and team execution.The expectation is that this role evolves over time, with increased responsibility and ownership as the company grows.
