Operations Associate, On the Road Team

This position maintains accurate inventory levels and helps deliver a seamless customer experience through clear communication and excellent organization. This role is highly cross-functional, working very closely with the warehouse & tailor shop teams. This role reports into the Senior Manager and is a full-time, salaried non-exempt position.WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?Processing all incoming and outgoing product from a systematic standpointDaily physical transportation of all incoming and outgoing productPhysically and systematically returning product to Warehouse when no longer needed in inventoryInvestigating inventory discrepanciesLogging and processing all items to be Marked out of Stock (MOS)Executing weekly cycle counts followed by investigation and reporting of any variancesWeekly monitoring of all suppliesDaily maintenance and organization of OTR stock roomPacking and unpacking assortment with team members for upcoming showsLogging incoming alterations & adding them to the queueTrouble shooting alterations issuesLogging finished alterations for shippingWHAT ARE THE SKILLS?Ability to work comfortably and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentVery detail oriented and process-focusedCan prioritize tasks based on level of urgency & importanceHas a proactive, self-starter mindset that brings new ideas and solutions to the teamIs a motivated, resourceful problem-solver and team player with a "no task is too small" attitudeApproaches situations with positivity, flexibility, and creativity, even under pressure with tight deadlinesHas interpersonal skills to influence, collaborate with, and build relationships with others in cross-functional rolesAnticipates opportunities to drive business, build morale & solve problemsHas an entrepreneurial spirit & enthusiasm for growing with MashburnReflects our core values of Hardworking, Hopeful, Helpful, Honesty, Nimble, Hospitable, Humble & Honest
