The company is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations by ensuring precision, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across all projects.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team and play a critical role in driving precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our machining operations. This position is responsible for developing optimized CNC programs, collaborating with machinists and engineering, and helping scale our programming standards as we grow.This is not a “button-pushing” role — we are looking for someone who takes ownership of the entire machining strategy.Key Responsibilities Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using MastercamDevelop efficient toolpaths for multi-axis CNC machines (3, 4, and 5-axis preferred)Collaborate with machinists to refine setups, reduce cycle times, and improve qualitySelect tooling, cutting strategies, and workholding methodsTroubleshoot machining issues and implement improvementsMaintain organized program documentation and revision controlSupport quoting efforts with machining strategy and time estimatesContinuously improve programming standards, templates, and best practicesQualifications3+ years of CNC programming experienceStrong proficiency in Mastercam (required)Deep understanding of machining processes (milling/turning)Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&TExperience with multi-axis machining preferredStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work closely with shop floor personnelWhat We’re Looking ForOwnership mindset — you treat programs like they’re your productEfficiency-driven — constantly improving cycle times and processesTeam-oriented — works closely with machinists and leadershipHigh standards — quality and precision matter
