Solutions Engineer (Datagrid)
Procore is looking for aSolutions Engineerto join our Datagrid divisions go to market team and act as the technical bridge between our customers and product. You'll partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to understand client pain points, build AI Agents with our no-code solution, and demonstrate the power of our platform in action.You'll be client facing working with operations leaders, technology teams, and executives to translate business challenges into intelligent automation solutions.This position reports to a Sales Manager and the preferred location is Austin, Texas, but we are open to remote US applicants. We're looking for candidates to join us immediately.
What you'll do:Build agents to solve customer's most pressing problems, by writing AI instructions and configuring Tool usage,Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery calls and identify customer goals, data sources, and workflow needsDesign and deliver custom demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) showcasing our AI agent capabilitiesTranslate customer requirements into technical solutions and implementation plansCollaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedbackSupport RFP responses, architecture diagrams, and security documentationEducate customers on best practices for deploying and scaling AI systemsServe as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle and early post-sale phaseContribute to internal playbooks, demo environments, and reusable solution templatesWhat you'll have:3+ years in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roleStrong understanding of AI / ML concepts, APIs, and cloud-based architecturesHands-on experience with one or more: Python, AI Agent frameworks (Langraph or CrewAI), or Agentic automation toolsExcellent communication and storytelling skills - you can frame complex solutions in terms of measurable business impactStrong prompt engineering skills - knowledge of best practices, Agent evaluation, etcComfort presenting to executives and technical audiences alikeCuriosity, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environmentIf you thrive at the intersection of strategy, customer engagement, and data-driven success, we'd love to connect with you!
Additional Information
Base Pay Range:
63.61 - 87.50 USD Annual
On Target Earning Range:
189,000.00 - 259,875.00 USD Annual
This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation.
