This executive role is pivotal in driving the integration of agentic AI capabilities into the development and operational workflows of the portfolio companies, with a focus on measurable value creation and productivity enhancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the AI roadmap, establishing scalable data and AI foundations, and working closely with CTOs, CPOs, and AI leads to embed AI into core business processes. A key aspect of the role is to ensure that AI initiatives move from pilot to production, increasing the overall development velocity and operational impact. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in creating and owning end-to-end modern AI/data strategy, with a strong understanding of AI tools and use cases. The role requires excellent stakeholder management, the ability to translate AI capabilities into financial impact, and a deep understanding of software development processes. Experience in deploying agentic AI capabilities, evaluating and managing vendor relationships, and implementing effective change management and training programs is essential.
