Our customer-focused, employee-driven business model builds long-term partners through loyalty, consistency, and expertise.\nWe are looking for individuals who share our passion for helping customers, have a positive attitude and are committed to always offering their very best workmanship and customer care.\n \nPay Range: $25-$40/hr depending on experience\n \nWork Hours & Benefits\n\n40 hours per week\nMedical, Dental, Vision plans\nFree Basic Life Insurance.\nShort- and Long-Term Disability\n401k\nPaid Holidays\nPaid Time off\n\n \nResponsibilities:- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times\nExperience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, troubleshooting, and repair- Proficiency in plumbing and building techniques related to HVAC installations- Familiarity with HVAC/R codes and regulations- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Valid driver's license\nPlease note the selected candidate will be required to submit to full pre-employment background and drug screening.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
