Prime Brokerage Client Executive, Citi Prime Services, Assistant Vice President or Vice President

The Prime Brokerage Client Executive is responsible for driving growth with our existing Equity, Fixed Income and Synthetic Prime Brokerage client base. As a relationship manager, you will work to understand your clients and their needs and ensure a best-in-class client experience from the initial onboarding through the full client lifecycle.Responsibilities:Deliver client satisfaction and enhanced financial results through the management of operational issues impacting the target clientsCoordinate internal resources to ensure that the client is appropriately supportedIdentify clients' business needs and work with internal partners to deliver solutions, adding value and cross-selling Citi productsPerform regular service reviews and develop actions plans to address issues and deliver solutions as well as perform regular face-to-face client meetingsLead strong governance and controlsWork in close partnership with Transition Management and Origination Sales to ensure smooth onboarding and connectivity to the Citi Prime platformWork in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructureBuild a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethicsBe familiar with and adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for the Prime Services and Equities franchiseAdhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to youObtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframeAssisting more senior team members with administrative sales functionsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:4-8 years of relevant experienceProven analytical and organizational skillsConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsConsistently demonstrate the ability to work in a team environmentSeries 7 and 63 preferred.Education:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferred.------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Institutional Sales------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Investor Sales------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$98,960.00 - $148,440.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
