The successful candidate will have the authority to define and implement the functional group's strategy, governance, and direction, and will be responsible for all aspects of program control activities, including cost estimating, cost control, scheduling, and risk management. This role requires a well-respected industry professional with a minimum of 16 years' of related experience, at least 10 years' in a management or supervisory role, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A Master's degree and professional certifications are preferred. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Project Controls include supporting a Project Executive and project team in decision-making, evaluating project performance, and providing insights for financial and program-level reviews. The role also involves establishing and maintaining policies, procedures, and standards for the entire project controls functional group, as well as creating innovative solutions to enhance project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing contractors, subcontractors, or vendors, and must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
