We are currently looking for a Pre-oc/remodel Tech to join our team.Competitive pay and bonuses with opportunity for growth!Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstall or repair cabinetry, countertops, doors, trim, appliances, lighting, hardware, mechanical equipment, plumbing, and electrical fixturesPrepare, prime, sand, seal, patch, and paint surfacesInstall windows and flooringInspect units at the end of remodeling to ensure they operate properlyRemedy any issues to ensure the unit is ready for occupancyCreate remodeling plansEnsure safety and complianceRequirements And QualificationsHands-on experience working with carpentry materials preferredStrong, working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methodsProficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement toolsWillingness to comply with safety guidelines at all timesEducation and ExperienceGeneral Maintenance: 3 years+Plumbing, Minor electricalTilingJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Construction: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
