The C3WP team builds the cloud-native platforms and services that power user provisioning, access controls, directory integration, and role-based permissions across the Hercules suite of tools. Our work strengthens security, streamlines manual access processes, and enables leaders and associates to get the tools they need when they need them. If you want your code to solve real operational challenges and support contact-center capabilities at enterprise scale, this is the team for you.In This Role, You Will:Build and support access-management capabilities - Design and maintain services and applications that handle user provisioning, role-based access, and directory managementEngineer secure enterprise workflows - Implement authorization patterns, permissions logic, and controlled access flows for contact-center toolsDrive data modernization - Manage and enhance data assets, improve the enterprise data model, and support the migration to a relational data store to improve scalability, data quality, and long-term maintainability. Develop and integrate APIs - Build and maintain REST and service integrations that connect internal platforms, identity systems, and downstream applicationsImprove operational automation - Help streamline role assignment, access governance, and administrative workflows to reduce manual effortChampion security and compliance - Apply secure coding practices and support access-control requirements for regulated enterprise systemsDrive DevOps and reliability practices - Participate in Agile delivery, CI/CD automation, observability, and production supportDocument and share knowledge - Produce clear technical documentation, support runbooks, and process guides for the teamCollaborate and mentor - Work closely with product, UX, security, and engineering partners; provide code reviews and technical guidanceQualificationsPreferred Skills5+ years experience building secure enterprise software using JavaStrong API design and integration skillsCloud architecture (AWS) and infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform)Experience working with CI/CD piplines (Gitlab) and containers (Docker/Kubernetes)Clear technical documentation and test authoringFamiliarity with secure coding, compliance, and auditability requirementsStrong communication, collaboration, and ownership mindsetInterest in automation, platform reliability, and reducing manual operational workIdeal Candidates Also HaveExperience in contact center, workforce management, identity/access management, or other regulated enterprise domainsFamiliarity with role-based access control, user provisioning, or directory systemsA track record of improving operational workflows and building durable platform capabilitiesComfort working in cross-functional teams with product, security, and UX partnersDiscover and learn by leveraging emerging AI technologies to accelerate developmentOur BenefitsBecause work-life balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week!Potential starting salary range: $81,000 - $142,000 (Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience.
