Sr. Software Development Manager, AI Security Tooling

DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Development Manager to lead a team at the forefront of AI security and risk management. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of AI safety by building systems that audit, report on, and remediate AI-associated risks across our rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.You will manage a hybrid team of Applied Scientists and Software Development Engineers working on critical security challenges across the AI technology stack-from securing AI agents and their communication protocols to protecting model interfaces, user interactions, and the underlying AI models themselves. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
