We are fueled by data, driven by results, and built for people who want to win.The OpportunityThis is a full cycle, quota carrying role focused on new business and closing.We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who knows how to:Build pipeline from scratchWin new logosClose complex, performance driven dealsThis is not a role where you wait for inbound or inherit accounts.This is for someone who wants to create revenue and own their number.You will work directly with senior stakeholders across lending and fintech organizations to drive measurable growth.What you'll doGenerate pipeline through outbound, networking, and targeted prospectingIdentify, develop, and close new revenue opportunitiesSell into lenders, fintechs, and financial institutionsLead consultative sales conversations with executives across marketing, credit, and leadership teamsTranslate data, marketing strategy, and analytics into clear ROI driven outcomesQuantify value across CPA, conversion rates, response rates, ROAS, and ROIRun the full sales cycle from first touch to closePartner with internal teams on strategy, proposals, and executionMaintain strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecastingRepresent Lending Science at industry events and conferencesWho You Are5+ years of sales experience in fintech, lending, or financial servicesProven hunter and closer with a track record of exceeding quotaStrong understanding of performance marketing and customer acquisitionExperience selling data driven or marketing solutionsComfortable owning a number and being accountable to itStrong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersAnalytical and results drivenSelf starter with high urgency and strong ownershipCRM experience such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or PipedriveProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)Willing to travel (up to 75%)What Makes You Stand Out: Experience selling into lenders, credit issuers, or fintech platformsBackground in omnichannel marketing including direct mail and digitalExisting network within lending or financial servicesAbility to connect marketing strategy directly to revenue impactWhat Success Looks Like: Consistently exceeding revenue targetsBuilding and maintaining a strong, self generated pipelineClosing high impact deals that drive measurable client growthBecoming a trusted advisor to senior decision makersWhat We Offer: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissionHigh upside tied directly to performanceMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage401k with company matchFlexible PTOShort and long term disabilityOpportunity for employee ownership through ESOP participation
