Wholesale Account Executive
Our client is a nationwide Non-QM and RTL wholesale lender specializing in DSCR loans (SFR - 10 units, mixed use, cross-collateral), with the full gamut of Non-QM offerings (bank statement, P&L, 1099, WVOE, asset depletion, foreign national, 2nd's). Also offering RTL products including fix & flip and ground-up construction (private money, short-term bridge products).

The Role
We’re looking for a high-performing, self-motivated Wholesale Account Executive to join our national sales team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing mortgage broker relationships, promoting our Non-QM loan products, and driving volume through education, service, and trust.

Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new mortgage broker partners within your assigned territory
Promote and educate brokers on our Non-QM product suite, guidelines, and technology platform
Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline development through loan submission and closing
Serve as a trusted advisor to brokers—resolving issues, answering questions, and providing strategic guidance
Partner closely with internal operations, underwriting, and support teams to ensure a seamless broker experience
Meet or exceed monthly production goals while maintaining strong service levels
Provide market feedback and contribute to product development and competitive strategy
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Wholesale Account Executive with a focus in Non-QM or alternative mortgage products
Deep understanding of the wholesale mortgage industry, including Non-QM guidelines and regulatory environment
Proven ability to grow and manage a broker network with consistent loan production
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and a solutions-first mentality
Comfortable with remote work, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms
Existing broker book of business is a strong plus
