Collaborate cross-functionally to support forecasting, planning, audits, and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field. 35 years of experience in business operations or analytics. Strong Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred: Power BI/Tableau experience, Lean/Six Sigma exposure, financial or project support. Work Environment: Hybrid must be based in Cincinnati, OH.
