This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and IT to enhance organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports. Conduct data analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership. Support process documentation, workflow mapping, and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally to support forecasting, planning, audits, and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field. 35 years of experience in business operations or analytics. Strong Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred: Power BI/Tableau experience, Lean/Six Sigma exposure, financial or project support. Work Environment: Hybrid must be based in Cincinnati, OH.
