Lead Industrial Engineer

A company is looking for a Warehouse Lead Industrial Engineer (remote). Key Responsibilities Collect and analyze data to identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement plans Manage high-impact continuous improvement projects and support operational initiatives Coach employees on engineering methodologies and lean principles to enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 5+ years of experience 7+ years of experience in Warehousing, Transportation, or Manufacturing industries Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Advanced knowledge of engineering and data analysis functions, including warehouse design tools Lean Six Sigma certification required; additional certifications preferred
