Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment
Own process capability, yield improvement, and defect reduction initiatives using structured methodologies
Partner with R&D, Quality, and Operations to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and evaluate automation technologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in manufacturing, process, or production engineering roles
Proven expertise in process development, statistical analysis, and manufacturing optimization
Strong proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar)
Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and structured problem solving
