Key Requirements:• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution design• Technical leadership experience, including code reviews and mentoring developers• Experience working in Government, Public Sector, or highly regulated environments preferred• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud is a plusResponsibilities:• Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions• Build Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations• Lead technical discovery and design sessions• Review Salesforce releases and assess impacts• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams• Support AI-enabled Salesforce solutions and automation initiatives
